Scope and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the TrailVid app and its website. By using TrailVid you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You agree to use TrailVid only for lawful purposes and not to infringe the rights of others.

Your exports and the watermark

The videos you create with TrailVid are yours, and you are free to share them. You are responsible for the content you enter and publish.

Free exports carry a “Made with TrailVid” watermark. You may not remove, obscure, or circumvent this watermark.

Third-party rights

TrailVid includes third-party software, fonts, and data under their respective licenses; the full list is available under “Licenses & notices”. Map data is © Mapbox and © OpenStreetMap. Please respect these licenses when you use the service.

Warranty and liability

TrailVid is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for how exported videos are used or for indirect damages.

Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, remains unaffected; these limitations do not apply to those cases.

Future paid features

If paid features (e.g. in-app purchases) are introduced in the future, the additional terms and consumer information required for them — including the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) — will be provided when they are introduced.

Governing law and changes

German law applies. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of use applies.
